Wanted: 58cm frame/complete bikes

Afternoon all - I'm after a new bike. Rough criteria as follows:
- Would consider frame or complete bike (or somewhere in between)
- No more than £300; less if possible
- 58cm frame
- Horizontal dropouts ideally
- I'm in London but happy to travel within reason to pick it up
- I'm after more of a classic bike (this kind of thing - http://static.lfgss.com/attachments/66674d1366550353-1a.jpg) than a serious track monster
Long shot, but if anyone has something that fits at least a few of these criteria then give me a shout.
