Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

If anyone see's a guy on a Cube Hybrid (grey with a blue and white top tube), wearing a green tee, black baggy shorts and a pannier......

After having seen him undertake a column of cyclists, push through a crowd of people at the cross roads from City Road through to Roseberry avenue, then almost take pedestrians out at cross roads on a red, and finally clattered into the side of a lady on a pashley........ I stopped at a red on Tavistock Place, he pulled along side, and in most most polite of voices - 'Excuse me, do you mind if I ask you a question?'..... he looked quizzical but said go on - 'Does the sun make you ride like an absolute cunt?'....... he jumped a red and nearly got taken out by a cab....... the gene pool needs to be reduced!
