It's eight person teams, and I think eight teams? So 64 players who will be drafted... It will depend on who can make it, if there is a manager who thinks you are one of the top 64 players to sign up you'll be in.

Yeah, 64 players including captains. The only way to guarantee playing is to be a captain, but everyone can try.
