Been thinking that for a while, top end production bikes headtubes are freaking massive. Rode a few demo bikes from work (sworks venge 56cm) yeah it was a bit bigger than I normally ride (54) but with an 80mm stem, dropped and flipped as low as it would go I spent most of the day in the drops, the hoods just felt daft like doing an superman.
