  • Thanks for the kind words, I'm a bit overwhelmed.

Looks sick , any trouble getting the top tube machined

I'm not very competent to answer this as I didn't do it myself, but the metal shop told me it was a bit tricky to set up the lathe because of the small inside diameter of the tubing stock.

    Thats some chainring.
Top tube needs wrap/anodising in fade of pink/yellow.
EDIT. Added potatoshop. (Getting carried away) :oP

Hah, the gradient is a bit too much for my liking, however I originally intended to get the tt anodised, but the cost of it and a few potatoshops made me decide otherwise, it seems I'm not the only one who digs the silver toptube, though.:)

Stunning, it turned out amazing. :) How did you manage to fit the top tube in the end?

Well, I got away without a jig, as the joints were a pretty close fit, so I just aligned the headtube parallel to the seattube with a digital bubble level and clamped that sucker. Was a bit anxious for the whole curing time that I may have fucked up, but the frame is true and rides straight which was a major relief.:)

Absolutely beautiful with the bar-tape (well, kind of) in that colour.

I think if you got a Concor saddle in black suede, had bar-tape that colour and got a black front tub, that would be one of the most beautiful track bike ever

I haven't found a matching shade anywhere so I just went for black as IMO anything but a perfect matching purple would look shit.

Well, getting some decals made tomorrow so the end is in sight, however I'm having doubts regarding tires:
Should I get a gumwall (pasela or that shitty BLB) for the rear or a black front?

Nevermind bar angle and slack chain.
