Not sure on the tubing, there are no tubing stickers on the frame, it's very similar looking to this one though http://www.lfgss.com/thread82020.html so perhaps Columbus Aelle.
I could potentially bring the frame into London, if you were able to meet me at Waterloo at 8:30AM? I cycle from Waterloo to Farringdon so would be unable to carry any further.
No idea how much posting it would cost, or if you got the train to Staines I could meet you there? It's only 35 minutes from Waterloo and would probably cost less than posting...
