Looking for a Shimano Tiagra (ST4500) double shifter (left hand break+gear) - mine has ceased to function.
It is for a Specialised Allez 2009 with a compact double chainring. The bike was shipped with a triple shifter, which did use to work but I understand that this may have cause the mechanism to fail.
