What about directions for someone with a not very good sense of direction coming from Russell Square. I was going to head for Regents Park, go round Outer Circle and kind of head in a vague NW direction.

Does the Edgeware Road go direct to BL then? It's a grim route but less chance of me getting lost.

You can probably just follow me, I'll be passing by that way around 5:30 and ride all the way to Kilburn high road. Really easy route.
