For Sale: Chrome 27" NOS forks

1) I have some NOS chrome threaded 1" forks for 27" wheels - they have been in storage since I don't know when but they have never been fitted. I will measure the thread length (long though, good to be cut down for probably most frames) and post images and further details this evening.

Just bought a pair of these, nice and light..just itching to get them on the new build.

t.o. & onyerbike - did you have to file down the fork ends much? im sitting here with my swiss army metal file...sigh

mands, depends what size the skewer/axle is. I would lend you my dremel but i've lent it out at the moment (to onyerbike, actually, for polishing his groupset), if I can get it back soon enough then I'm happy for you to borrow it . swiss army knife filing is going to take a long time...

I thought axle diameters were standard at 5mm. It's just the chroming of it which narrows it a bit...

No matter, it's done... And yeah it did take a while... :)

glad it's sorted, i'm going to admit that my axle-diameter knowledge is almost non-existent, but I do think there are different sizes.
