Nice that something like this got captured on cam, hopefully something can therefore come of it. Even if its just annoying the angry WVM.
This is my neighbourhood by the way. I wish I'd been there when it happened. I had some strangers back me up in these situations before, really helps when you are in shock and not thinking straight.
