Birmingham: Pet store worker assault on cyclist.

I've edited the thread title, and removed the title of the shop... please note that an internet lynch mob is currently scaring the hell out of an innocent business that happens to have the same business name (but is located a long way away from the one involved in the incident). And getting it wrong amounts to defamation.

The assault cannot be disputed, but please ensure you do not target the wrong business.

A link posted on your site is giving me and my company a backlash of abuse from everything up to death threats.

I would like to state that my company "The Weird & Wonderful" www.theweirdandwonderful.com is IN NO WAY related, affiliated or connected to the man in the video. I currently hire one professional marketing manager who does NOT look like that, does not drive a white van and does not live in the area. I am also NOT that man,I am based in lancashire, not the black country.
I drive a blue MINI and personally ride a fixie myself (or at least try to when the weathers nice!)

Please can you moderate the post on this page http://www.lfgss.com/thread105233.html stating that this man is not related to my business and requesting that people stop emailing me with threats.

Any help you could assist me with in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Please do not send death threats to anyone! Let alone innocent third parties whose business is now likely to be hurt by association.
