Club rule:
In Antwerp we’re all about fun, sun and making new manfriends (no homo). That’s why we’re introducing the club rule. A team consists of 5 players from at least 2 different bike polo clubs. What’s that, you say? Well, Antwerp Bike Polo is a club. So is Brussels Bike Polo. And Paris Bike Polo and Bike Polo Cologne and so forth. To make things more interesting we thought it’d be nice to mix things up a bit. In a literal sense, that is. Get in touch with people you know (or don’t know) from outside your own club to form a killer team.
Still a bit confused? Let me break it down for you:
4x Brussels + 1x Antwerp = OK!
3x Karlsruhe + 1x Büppel + 1x Hamburg = OK!
1x Paris + 1x London + 1x Antwerp + 1x Giessen + 1x Brussels = OK!
Get it now? Good. Once you’ve got 5 players, drop us an e-mail at hello@antwerpbikepolo.be with the following info:
teamname
names of players
T-shirt size
need hosting?

For those of you who want to make this tournament into a full blown polo-cation,
that’s cool too.
Here’s your itinerary:
arrive sometime on Friday
play the tournament on Saturday + go for broke on tequila shots afterwards
sleep late and play pick-up on Sunday with your hangover and new manfriends
leave for home whenever the hangover’s cured
▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽▽
How to get here:
the address of the court is Berkenveldplein Antwerp
there’s room to park your car all around the court
if you come by train, get off at Antwerpen-Berchem and ride yo bike, it’s about 6,5 km
(see this map)
if you fly, arriving in Zaventem is the best option. An Airport Express bus will take you straight into town. Get off at the Antwerp South stop (Crowne Plaza Hotel).
It’s only 3,5km to the court (see this map)
