fuck me, i had a bastard headwind all the way back to mordor and i think i was on the verge of bonking as i managed 10mph avg over 12 miles on 86GI. that is some serious grindage and no messing.

great ride though, hope everyone is still having fun in clissold park. I've just eaten an oven pizza and now i'm marinading a whole pack of chicken wings in franks buffalo wing hot sauce for my encore.
