I've had a surly fixxer kit laying around for a very long time now originally bought (dont have a scobby where from as its been a long time) to convert my hed3 trispoke rear wheel.
So i removed the original hub and fitted the new surly hub, put the axle together with the relevant washers for 120mm spacing to notice im missing one part!
The missing part is called a Sleeve which goes on the drive side. Im guessing i have the cone which goes on the non drive side. well like a said im guessing as the diagram isn't that clear.
Cone and sleeve, should they both have a cut out so you can put a 15 spanner on to adjust?
So could some one please help me and tell me to what i can do to have my well up and running.
