I have a rear 32h that hasnt been built yet. the finishing is much better than on-one, tho they share the same hub shell except for some minor differences. the centre of the hub is bulkier on the New Sheriff, and the bearings are 28x15x7 rather than 26x12x8.
the biggest reason to use the New Sheriff is for stiffening up a steel frame, the larger 15mm axle will increase the stiffness of the rear triangle. other than that and cosmetics it should last and perform the same as any other oem novatec track hub
if you want an alternative way of using it in 130mm drop outs you can use a 10mm axle with Surly or Miche threaded bearing bushes, surly's can be bought separately. then fit with 6001 or angular contact 7001 bearings
