just got my bike back from the shop after having the headset serviced. Noticed a lot of play and looks like the cups are now very loose and won't stay in place. Took it into another shop and the guy thinks the headtube is flared. Meaning the frsme is fucked! Also said it's very unlikely just to be a headset problem. Is it worth pulling the thing apart and trying new cups/headset or is the frame done for? And how dodgy is it riding about with my headset tightened up and the cups not fitting quite right?
