  • Funny how most of the grave dancing was done by young, privileged protege of Thatcher's society.
I went along with my coal miners/ship builders combo outfit, and blacked my face with fake dirt especially for the occasion. I even texted Arthur Skargill and Billy Bragg to see if they were coming (they weren't). And all I saw was about five people who weren't even born when John Majors (wasn't he great in 'the fall guy'?) was in power, let alone Baroness Lady Diana Thatcher. And all they were doing was dancing a strange jig whenever anyone pointed a camera at them, and pretending to smile.

Quite frankly, I was appalled. And decided to pop to the 'Man Fu Kung' in Berwick st to get a pork bun for 25pence. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the 'Man Fu Kung' not only, gone, but replaced with a 'Co-Operative' who didn't sell pork buns, and in fact didn't sell anything for 25p. This is all Thatcher's doing, I have no doubt. And proof that the effect of her terrible reign is still being felt across London's working population.

    Yours sincerely, A.E Noakes esq.
