I'm 6'7" and if I was buying again, I'd probably get the 64cm version instead. Saying that, the 62cm fitted fine with a 120mm stem and about 4cm of spacers.
I don't have many of the parts as the wheels, cranks and rack were transferred onto another frame.
What I have left is..
-Down tube cable stops, or 8sd or 9spd down tube shifters.
