To be fair, they were on the frame when I bought it, and have never been serviced, but they are still really plush.... I wouldn't have bought them at rrp in a million years though... They were about £750, I think (manitou r7 mrd absolute). They weigh fuck all too.
Travel is absolutely fine though..... I've had a quick blat around, jumped a few curbs etc, and the bars, dare I say it, are exactly where I want them. The levers need tweaking a bit though. I might ditch the mtb grips and go with bar tape. Or longer bmx grips, not sure. Or I might flip em. Decisions, decisions!
