Wanted a little bit of advice...
So I bought a saddle off a guy off here, he says he posts it and it never arrives. It's been about 2 weeks at least now. He says he still has the receipts so it'll be fine to chase it up with the post office.
He then says that he actually didn't order recorded delivery as he had thought and that he doesn't see what else he can do.
I ask for a refund as the onus is on him to get the item to me, he should've posted it recorded. How do I know he just hasn't posted it?
Still waiting on a reply.
Some advice on how to carry this forward would be really useful cheers.
