Whilst giving the baby her medicine this morning, I sat through Newswatch where they had two people complaining about the coverage of Thatcher's death; one who thought it was over the top, the other who thought it was disrespectful and that they should've waited 6 months before broadcasting any dissenting voices.
She was from Tonbridge Wells, which you couldn't make up.
Either way, the BBC, like other broadcasters, are in a difficult position on this as they are damned if they do, and damned if they don't.
