what's with the pockets on the front of the shirts?
*"On the one hand, Coureur shirts are rooted in cycling’s heroic culture. Bred in bravery and timeless nonchalance. With front and back pockets as Coureur’s unique signature. But while earlier decades serve as the jumping off point for our designs, Coureur du Monde is made for contemporary tastes."*

I can read, I'm just wondering why? You could also put in shoulder pads as a 'unique signature', but do they serve any purpose? Would one put a map or route card on their chest? Usually when I'm riding I want as much ventilation as possible in that area, not an extra layer of fabric for a massive pocket which doesn't look practical or comfortable to use.
