looks like centre pulls with good old fashioned (crappy) suicide levers.
Old size 27” wheels with brand new tyres
Condition wise he says it’s good for a 33year old bike.
Sorry for not having much more details, but I only have this photo to go until he gets back from his hols.
Price wise? Hmmm, he’s not sure….but what about £50? Make him an offer (through me) and I’ll pass it on
