Probably. Now might be the time to put square taper behind you, Shimano FC-S500 can be had for under £50 new including BB, so there's your benchmark for the maximum you should pay. If you can find some second hand FC-2200 cranks (or 2300, but they are dog ugly), they will do what you need , i.e. fit square taper and 130mm pcd, but your axle length will probably be wrong whatever you buy. Sturmey Archers are about £50 new too, so you might find a second hand bargain since you don't care about the condition (or even presence) of the chainring.
