    I was 76kg after a run last night and after rehydrating and a 400 calories dinner this morning I was 78... I can't beleieve the difference between dehydrated and hydrated is 2kg...

    On a protein binge for the next week as part of an extreme carbo loading thing I'm trying out for the marathon next week, which may explain it, but still it seems slightly insane! Will see how I fare over the next few days, but hoping to loose a teeny bit so I'm carrying less round 26 miles!
