looking at that again, it does indeed look like an acid and hammer attack on a Mini Gogo but that "hoop" must be brazed on, no? So if someone is willing, it can be brazed off and a new one brazed on but i admit, i could be talking complete bollocks and i'm going to check mine to se if i am! Labour of love anyway you look at it.
What about taking it to a blacksmith? Ok, i'll get my coat.
