Sorry I may have miss read a photo... Either maddie was in the team that came third or she was in the team that lost the 3rd place game 4-3 (with scores like that you can see where I got confused!)

Yup she was in the team that came 4th in the end. All lpc ladies repped hard and played a really high standard of polo, some got a bit unlucky with the draw but it was a great tourney, good vibes, good polo, good (and fucking cheap) beer, and compered by the dulcet tones of H Bomb. Danke Berlin

Yeah jo was brilliant all through the tourney and won with Elena and someone else. Jess was in the final too

The final was Elena ,Jo and Ricky (konstanz) who came out of the woodwork as a total surprise against Jess Kat and Catarina. Interesting match to watch and well fought by the first three. Jo and Elena were shuffled into all of their final matches together and it was interesting to see them work together and they got stronger and stronger each match. Valley and Johanna, the two top seeded players from the 7 rounds we played, got a few unlucky draws in their final games unfortunately but hey, that's shuffle baby! They were the most consistent and really played spectacularly, both MVF in their own respects. The london ladies played incredibly well and it was so awesome to see us doin' our thang!

Was an awesome weekend and a huge thanks goes out to all the Berliners especially Gitti, Anouk and Angie for being awesome and putting on such a fun tournament and thanks to all the guys, gals and bumps that came out to support (Hbomb narrowly escaping being tarped on friday was pretty funny). So nice to see so many women from different scenes come out and just rock it! And now tournament rumours of a coed in Frankfurt in the summer? Hells yeah! Whoopwhoop!

louis you sound so surprised?! no, it was all down to a lucky draw in the seeded rounds (i was in a team with joe and elena - the unbeatable twosome), and came fourth. was an awesome weekend - bring on the next tourney!
