To answer some questions:
No warranty - it's an 'original' iphone four, so it's a good three years old
Scratches - a couple of tiny ones, see last photo. Can't really see them unless you angle the phone right.
Reason for sale - I found it in a club. Oh no, wait, that was someone else. I bought an Iphone 5 (which took these lovely pictures)
