Wanted: One bedroom flat (or similar)

Hello folks,

This is a major long shot, but just possibly worth a try, before I throw myself at the mercy of the wolves and hyenas (aka Estate Agents and Gumtree).

A change of circumstance means I, fairly urgently, need a one bedroom flat* (or equivalent - for me and a few bikes) within a 20 mile commute of the square mile. Would consider up to £1000pcm (gulp) for something suitable/nice....

Ha. We definitely should start a social group! Roy Brooks in Peckham Rye as recommended by Hillbilly. They are estate agents but nice.

Some interesting looking properties there - it's not an area I had considered but after seeing how hipstertastic it is on the London Classic today it's on the shortlist... ;)
