Well well well. I'm out at breakfast this morning and arrive home to a backpack shaped parcel waiting for me. I've been itching for this to arrive ever since I was fortunate enough to snake in on the preorder. The wait was well worth it. It's a beautifully designed and well constructed piece of kit. The size is ideal, the pockets and detail are all really useful - bigxtop hip pouches (and probably others I should imagine) can be threaded onto the straps on the front of the bag giving a bit of extra storage space. The padding is comfortable and well placed, meaning the bag doesn't ride up awkwardly when it's a light load, yet remains comfortable when it's jammed full of stuff. Buy one of these and support independently hand made British craftsmanship. You won't regret it.
