O/T Need and un-manned laundrette Hoxton/Brick lane area

Been asked to do a photo shoot for a Hoxton based vintage clothes retailer and need to know if anyone is aware of a quiet and un-staffed laundrette in that general area that could be used. You know, models in dresses sat on big chromed American washing machines and the like.

Or any cafes that might be open to some outside business hours assistance. The stores website has 4000 visitors a day and naturally any business would receive full credit.

I'm a south London boy so know little of the area I speak........

I don't know of one in that area but I know there's one on Kennington Lane that might fit the bill. Just near Wickes... I realise this is further away than your request but just throwing it out there.

Thanks guys, Kennington Lane is a bit out I'm afraid as we'll be using the shop as a changing room. Showing my ignorance, what's the premises ?

It's a cafe and recording studio complex next to the bingo hall.

There is a completely closed laundrette in Cambridge Heath Road, up from York Hall. I think all the machines are there. Someone from Tower Hamlets council might be able to open it for a photoshoot. You would not have to worry about existing customers of course.

If you just want something vintage and shiny, what about Fat Boy's diner in Trinity Buoy Wharf?
