The sticker does imply a repaint, though why anyone would put Joe Waugh transfers if it wasn't one, I don't know. It was hardly a major brand. Except in Newcastle, maybe.
Email Dave Yates, send him some pictures and he'll probably know if he built it or not. He'll even fix it if you want.
