I went on the sportive ride (133km) and watched the race at the Oude Kwaremont the following day. Both completely surpassed my expectations. The sportive was really well organised, I even got a massage for free at the end!, The race atmosphere was really unique, kind of like a football match crossed with a music festival. Can't recommend it enough, if you get the chance to attend either, don't hesitate.

I was in that square last year - everyone went crazy when Boonen won. It was amazing.

This year we were in a bar on the other side, and then ran over to the big screens on the hill as soon as they started the circuits. I love going to watch that race.
