So far I have distributed leaflets (see attached) in the surrounding area, placed on trees and also next to nearby schools and local supermarkets. Local vets have also been notified and his microchip provider been updated that he is missing.

Anything else I need to be doing?

Are there any garages or sheds around ? If so I'd try to get the owners to check for locked in cats.

Update, MONTY FOUND!

He was locked in a cupboard in next door's house. So weird. No one is sure how he got in there. Cat magic I think.

Relief is understating the whole affair.

I think Higgs believes that she is so perfectly camouflaged that a squirrel will eventually walk past her closely enough for her to simply reach out and grab it.

When I delivered your muffin, Higgs was outside and very friendly. He(?) was very friendly, he kept rubbing up against my wheels and Sidis. Cutie!

She, and yes she is very friendly- all three of them are.

Higgs is so friendly that she'll dive in front of your wheel in her rush to get to you, however!
