I keep seeing a guy on a purple fixed something with green risers heading down Lloyds Street around 4.30pm. Dressed kinda like a messenger.

^ Saw that guy do a very dodgy manoeuvre through a red at Cross St/Albert's Square, nearly ending up sandwiched between two buses..
