This is a weird veiw, brought about from not having a proper LBS. At least not a decent one.
But I view some of the friendlier online stores as virtual LBS's. Web stores seem to fall into 2 catergories.
Ones that are a decent, cheap, parts source,
and ones that offer help, and advice that stock stuff cuz its good not just because its popular.
