Should traditional bike shops like this one change their business model? Should they be doubling or trebling the size of the workshop, adding a couple of tables and a coffee machine (or bar!), building a community feel and reducing the retail floorspace / stock considerably?
I don't know - do they make more money by doing that?
Do they give better service to the cylist who doesn't want coffee?
And clearly most importantly, by miles, do they still charge £15 to change a bottom bracket?
