  • I did take measurements at the start. Guess I should take some more and see if anything has happened. I'm naturally pretty muscly and active so it's not like I was doing nothing before starting this.

    Ideally I'd like to crack 69.something kgs. I can't remember the last time (if ever) I weighed in the 69s.
    I'd also like to be able to do some chin ups and, well just be quite ripped. I've got a tri in 6 weeks and haven't really don't any training for it so this 30 day blast was supposed to help with that.

    I'm off to Bratislava next weekend and I dare say there will be a fair bit of stodge and beer involved.
