  • 72.2kg this morning. 10 days since I last weighed myself and I've lost 0.6kg which is essentially a pint of water.

Feeling disheartened as I've been doing loads of exercise:
    Fri - 2.5km swim
Sat - gym session (30 min cardio intervals + weights; as per personal trainers program)
Sun - core and strength class
    Mon - nothing
Tues - PT session at lunch, 7km run after work
    Wed - nothing

This plus cycling 10 miles a day.

I've cut out gluten, dairy (except natural yogurt), caffeine, sugar and alcohol.

Still eating some carbs (porridge for breakfast, lentils and a bit of potato in a homemade minestrone soup).

Wtf am I doing wrong? Patience is not one of my virtues and this weather is making me want pie, mash and a pint of ale.

You should have a Pie, Mash and a pint of ale. It won't do you any harm and might help you refocus back on your goals again after a nice rest day.

As for the rest you need to set out your goals and then look at it in light of that. Do you really need to cut out gluten, for instance, or is that just a faddish thing that you feel you need to do?
