Was that an ebay issue? I sold a frame here which was lost by Yodel ( I even went to the Yodel warehouse to try and locate it for the buyer )...I had a saved search and lo and behold it turned up on ebay months later ... ebay didn't respond or end the listing! We later managed to retrieve the frame after a wrangle with the seller... sheesh
