This means that they should have an awareness of the people around them and not be so selfish.
Want to go to a shop? Look at the traffic. Be it pedestrian, cyclist, taxi or whatever you don't just decide that you want to go somewhere regardless of what everyone else's doing. I keep finding myself checking over my shoulders when I'm walking down busy streets so that when I change direction I'm not cutting someone else off. Cunts who insist of walking in a big group and refusing to split to make i easier for everyone else deserve a slap. Just like all the people who walk two abreast in the centre of a canal towpath. It doesn't hurt to allow other people to go on their way unhindered.
