ATTENTION!

Wanted - 2 3 flatmates for flat share in London's Famous East Dulwich (SE22 9BG).

We have one two good sized double rooms and one smaller double all available towards the end of April (exact date tbc) and one available mid-May immediately.

You would be sharing a large 5 bed terrace house in a quiet residential street with me (T4) , Aram (elguapo) & Jenne (jayloo) and Hattie (Hats).

The flat is very bike friendly, with lots of space for bikes inside (+ overflow space in back garden).

We have a large double size living room, good sized kitchen with dining table, utility/shower room, bathroom, 2 toilets.

The back garden is a good size and is available for growing your own veg, should you so desire.

There is a Tesco Local and other small shops 2 minutes walk away, with the delights of East Dulwich 5 minutes away.

Herne Hill Velodrome is a 10 min cycle away for all you track fiends. 25 min cycle into Central London.

All Both bedrooms are part-furnished. One will soon not have a bed The smaller one currently does not have a bed, but if you don't have one of your own David the landlord will be able to arrange something.

We have a cleaner once a week who cleans the communal spaces but not the bedrooms.

We have broadband, phone & Sky TV.

We also have a cat (a very well-behaved, fairly self-sufficient and 'hypo-allergenic' Russian Blue called Rowley). You will not be expected to pay for cat food or clean up cat mess, but you may need to feed him every once in a while!

Rent is £600 all inclusive for the two larger rooms, and £500 for the smaller one.

Sorry but no couples, unless you are willing to take the two rooms on the 2nd floor together (one large one small) - the house feels overcrowded with 6 people :(

I can vouch for the folk and the house. All very nice.

If you're nice you may even be invited to the pub for pizza once you've moved in.

That's a v good price for the area too - and if the pub/pizza action is the Gowlett, then you should also add in the fact that you've got an ace boozer, serving ace pizza about 5 mins walk away.

ALSO: me, hats and the man like Hingis can be spotted at the East Dulwich leisure centre about 5 mins walk away.

Lies. There was that one Bodypump class or something we were in together. Ever since you mention jumping in the lido in December I've been studiously avoiding you (I also mostly do silly 6.45am classes)

Also: YES to beer and pizza.

I would also totes move into a house with an allergics friendly cat, that had lots of space for bikes near all the delights of East Dulwich and Peckham, innit.

A damn nice apartment, sadly I won't be moving over until the autumn..It'll probably be occupied by then.

One thing I forgot to put in the advert is that our landlord is Goodhead on the forum - so a like-minded bike geek!
