Also, "Carl" and "Mikey" must all share the same sim card between them. Hard up, these bike thieves.

You have ridden it before? And how much would you say it is worth?

<£50, tbh.
It's either designed for 27" wheels or has very loose clearances. It's not a 'fast bike', I'm not even sure it's one of the Reynolds ones. Steer clear.
You can get a Raleigh 531C for around £40 if you look on retrobike/ctc/bikeradar/here, just hold out for something.
Occasionally it's cheaper to buy a full bike and part it out/upgrade but you'd be better off buying individual parts and building a bike for yourself.
Should be easily possible to get something 10x nicer than that for less than £200. -

I would say around 250quid.
It cost around 350quid to built this up by yourself. -

Although it's been done nicely enough, it's nothing special and having reached £82 without reaching the reserve, I'd be looking elsewhere.
Conversions tend to be overpriced, being as they are fashionable.
I've bought complete, roadworthy, mid/late-Eighties Peugeots and Raleighs of Ebay for +/-£60: wait for local bikes that the seller won't post as this depresses the price.

Any got Reynolds 531/501 frames/builds they've seen for cheap?

This. Retrobike has a list of people that will collect bikes for you, I've used two of them recently without issue. One of them charged petrol, the other didn't ask for anything (I just arranged courier).
531 frames are ten-a-penny, eBay is sometimes cheap but try other forums like I mentioned above as ctc/retrobike often has decent stuff for cheap.

Don't bother with 501. 531 is cheap enough, as is 531c. Hell, even 653, 753, 853 is available sub £100 if you look hard enough. (You'll have to do that yourself though).

^bent forks
I have terminated the previous listing for this frameset on finding the steerer tube/column to bent and the threads damaged and re-listed it at a lower starting bid price to take this into account.
Gohan I don't quite understand you. you ignore all advice we've given and keep asking if frames are decent.
take a punt on one that fits if it's a bargain, if you don't like it, sell it & try something else.
