I have been checking out reviews and is the laptop area weatherproof in London. Can't afford for the electronics to get damaged on the way to and from work.

love this frame, seems small though. what sized rider would this suit? pretty certain it wouldn't work for me as I ride a 58cm frame and I'm about 6ft, but then I don't know about sizing for lo pros?
