If you can't find anything here, Charge Hob can be had in S and XS on the bay they come up second hand every now and then.
I ride an S at 5"5' think 5"51 is lower end. Single speed but light, mudguards, can be turned into fixie got one myself it's great.
Often see old Mixtes on local gumtree too. Happy hunting!
