I couldn't agree more, especially when he talks about how "spiritual" it is to ride a track bike, I also find his transformation from cut-off jean clad hipster to "proper" lycra wearing cyclist quite entertaining. Despite me taking the piss though it didn't totally retract from me appreciating the video.
