don't really know.. it may well be a hungarian frame made by some local builder for one of the track clubs. it has nothing but a "70" on the right track end. has a columbus dove on the fork steerer (helical reinforcements inside) but tubing seems 531 (judging by the fork - georg fischer crown - and seat stays) lugs appear to be nervex serie legere. bb threading is english and it takes a 26.8 seatpost - that's all i know :)
