I actually think it's missing two, mainly on the downtube. :)
Question about the stripping of paint. You said it was half chromed. What did you mean by half? Only the chainstays or more? I'm tempted stripping mine if the chainstays on it was chromed and doing it in blue.
Might be that my frame has been resprayed once before, hard to tell really.
