For Sale: Sirius Lo-pro full bike

Posted on
  • Up for sale is my beloved Sirius low-pro bike. Having built this up I've come to the realisation that it's not really justifiable for me to keep it.

Frame is a Sirius Sceptre 50cm, roughly equivalent to a 54cm. Made from 653 Reynolds tubing and pretty light (~8kg for the complete bike) and in really decent condition. Few scratches here and there as you would expect.

    Specs:

Wheels: 650c front Mavic CXP12 on Shimano 600 hub. 700c rear Mavic CXP10 on Shimano RX100 hub
    Headset: Stronglite Delta
    Seatpost: Post Moderne
    Saddle: Prologo Kappa
BB: Campag (not sure of model, will find out)
    Bars: Profile Airwing
    Brakes: Shimano 105 SLR BR-1050
    Levers: Dia Compe
    Crankset: Campag Chorus 52/39
    Cassette: 7-speed Shimano
Shifters: Campag 1974 - can't remember the model but they're quite nice.

Sold without pedals. Asking £300. Better pics to come, have just broken another phone. PM me any questions etc. Based in Stratford.

  • I've got a Sirius track frame in the exact same colour scheme! Sorry to derail, nice bike!

  • Nice! There seem to be so many variations but hadn't seen one the same colour scheme yet.

  • Price drop to £300!

  • Are you sure the front wheel is 650c? Looks more like 24"...

    Anyway, cute bike :)

  • Yep definitely 100% 650c :)

  • Better photos added

  • Hi, can you do international shipping for this one?
    Please keep in touch.

  • Hi, is this bike still for sale?

  • I've still got it. Ross is interested but I would like to avoid posting to Singapore if at all possible.

  • Great, I have read that these Sirius TT bikes where designed to be small (aerodynamic) and the frame size is smaller than you would normally expect. What height of rider do you think would be comfortable on this?

  • Set up for 5ft 8/9 there. Probably no taller than 5 10 for that reason. PM me when you can or email me: t o m 9 1 0 7 @ hotmail . com

  • Listing elsewhere now.
