Not unheard of.
Dolan Precursa weight 1800g frame-only, and you can get it down to 8.5kg without doing much.
So 7kg is possible with the Vigorelli.
1500g isn't heavy, but if you compare it to a typical road frame that usually weight 1000-1300g, it's slightly porky.
Having said that, the weight is fine for the application it's designed for.
